the dvd is around 60 minutes with 6 different exercise circuits including the man maker, upper body blast,leg burner, swing workout, slingshot, turkish getup, and core cooldown,. keith weber is a beast he can do all 7 circuits with very little break. the dvd is going to work your entire body and you'll feel the burn just spend 10 to 15 minutes each day working your body and you'll feel ready for the day
