You can use a 5V source and limit current to uA to mA range depending on the power rating of resistors :)

@@Topperly Ok. I use 0.1 ohm for Fixed Resistor in Kelvin Double Bridge Exp. So can I used 4mA for current?

If you know the power rating of resistor, see if that current burns out the resistor or not. If you do not know, start with uA range currents and use a sensitive galvanometer - bcz we only need a value of current that can cause some deflection in the galvanometer :)
