Yes. I have already watched that video 😊 In kendo, we also say, JoKyo-KaJitsu. The uppoer body should be relaxed and the lower body should be ready. Now also we say, "Try not to strike. if you try to strike, your opponent will can sense it". That is eaxtly what Naka sensei in the video says. By the way, I have his video too 😁 Kendo (budo) study never ends 😉
