Akademiks was placed in the position he is responsible for some of these deaths he was an instigator. He played a role in xxx deaths too. Akademiks is Jamaican except he hates American blacks🤷🏽♀️he has ZERO RESPECT AND NIKKI MINAJ IS TRINIDAD SHE STARTED ALL THIS MESS! Along with Drake who is Canadian! These ppl are the industry and not from the culture just collecting a bag they were sent to be gatekeepers. They prey on new artists and there are many more.pretending to be outraged but defending Drake! They all appear to be ushering in degeneracy.

Man, Kendrick's approach is so refreshing in today's music scene. Dropping a song on Instagram, without a name, and using Black Air Forces as the artwork-that’s a statement. It's clear he's addressing not just individuals like Drake, but the entire industry that's become obsessed with materialism and sensationalism over substance. This feels like a real call to bring back authenticity and depth in hip-hop, something the culture desperately needs. Kendrick's always been about more than just music-he's about the message, and this track is proof that he's not afraid to shake things up. Can't wait to see how this unfolds!

People that are creative, create for themselves first. If people mess with it then that's great. But if a true creative puts something out for consumption and it doesn't speak to them, they are their own worst critic. It wouldn't matter if the whole world loved it, they would beat themselves up because they don't feel it. That's the difference between a person that lives, eats, breathes and sleeps what they do,and a person that does it for profit. Just my 2 cents.

Listeners who get inspired, motivated, work themselves through it because they are passionate about good art thereby transform themselves into artists and "professionals" as you speak. I agree with your point about shallow minded people like Ak who don't even comprehend an ounce of what good art should be like have a platform and influence like that where they can sway people's opinion on what to like and not like. A change comes from within, it comes from a marriage of listener's satisfaction and artists' pursue. That's why we see what we see making the charts but at that same damn time we know it holds little to no substance. Art appreciation and criticism are done by nerds, the analyzers, people like Anthony Fantano who hold weight and were very responsible for how Kendrick is/was perceived in the left-field, alternative/music nerd circles. His commentary and reviews helped Kendrick's music credibility a lot. One cannot deny that. So they are too an important part of music critique, historians/professors who are well versed on a particular time-period of history have studied it, they may not have not lived it. But their POV's and opinions hold a value and they can speak about that topic. I feel the need of change and eradication of people who are on positions where they don't deserve to be cause they are not credible enough on the knowledge about the art they critique or have an opinion on, I get that for sure. But "enjoy what you get, sit down, shut the hell up and if you don't like it, prove it with your dollars" is dictatorial to me. But ig that's me, this was a good stream.

PLLLEEEAAASSSSEEE let substance come back to the hip hop community, when people used to rap about politics (not even national, but regional, within their communities) and what mattered...and Idc what anyone says - I'm glad he's doing the Super Bowl. I have to say that I expect Kendrick to bring out Wayne, because that's the type of person he is...and I bow to master craftmanship in his music.
