What started as a peaceful protest against President Ruto's tax hikes turned into violence, arson and deadly clashes in Kenya. And a day after unrest and a parliament showdown, Kenyan President William Ruto has withdrawn the contentious Finance Bill. The move comes as a massive victory for protesters who had been demonstrating against the tax hike. On Tuesday, as the Kenyan parliament passed the contentious Finance Bill, violence erupted in Nairobi. The Kenyan Police fired tear gas, water cannons and rubber bullets at protesters. Rights groups say live ammunition was also fired by the police. At least 13 people have been reported dead and dozens injured in protests in Nairobi. Watch this video for details.
