As per the latest news on Times Now, Kerala CM Pinarayi Vijayan on Sunday said that a 20-member special team, led by ADGP Law and Order, will be investigating the Kerala Convention Centre Blast incident. He said that a total of two people had died in the blasts and 42 people received injuries. The blast incident took place during a Jehovah's Witnesses convention at the center in Kerala's Kalamassery, about 10 kilometers from Kochi. At least two persons were killed and 42 injured in the blasts which took place within minutes after the prayer meeting started. Nearly 2,000 people attended the prayer meeting.
