Kesar Peda Recipe | केसर पेड़ा | How To Make Kesar Milk Peda | Navratri Special | Vrat Special
Just took me 5-10 minutes to make this flavor-ful Kesar Peda from Milk Powder, sugar, ghee, milk, saffron & cardamom powder. Enjoy.

Ingredients :
1/2 cup milk (with room temperature)
2 tbs + 1/2 tsp ghee
1/2 cup powder sugar
2 cup milk powder
Spoonful of kesar milk (10-12 saffron threads soaked in milk)
3 cardamom powder
Some chopped pistachios & kesar threads to garnish
Method :
In a pan, pour 1/2 cup milk (with room temperature)
Add 2 tbs ghee (melted)
Add 1/2 cup powder sugar (grind in mixie, seive & use it)
Mix it well
Then add 2 cup milk powder gradually (do not use coffee creamer)
Mix all ingredients well to make a smooth mixture
Now add a spoonful of kesar milk (10-12 saffron threads soaked in milk)
Add 3 cardamom powder and mix it well
Now it's time to cook this mixture
Heat up the pan
Keep stirring the mixture on low to medium flame
Turn off the heat when mixture turns into a thick firm ball
Transfer it in a plate
Add 1/2 tsp ghee and mix it
Now take small portion (1 tbs) of peda mixture
Roll this mixture giving it a peda shape
(make more pedas with the same procedure)
Press a few pistachios on top
Place a kesar thread on top of each peda
