Unfortunately, the "Free Range" label now days is satisfied by allowing a chicken to move around in a 4sqft in a cram packed mega farming barn where they're fed grain and can barely move around. If you can, find someone who raises chickens locally with real free range chickens (verbally confirm this with them) and ask what they feed them. Start buying from that person or if you live on adequate land where zoning allows for raising your own chickens, do it.

Free range doesn't mean what you think it means. Pastured Raised is what you want for eggs, they run around eating bugs and stuff and roam around.

Organic eggs must be free-range in order to be certified organic, but free-range eggs aren't organic, as they do not need to be fed organic feed. Free range hens always have food and drink available. But their food does not have to meet any standards or be regulated, so you can’t always be sure that their feed is produced with natural ingredients. Organic eggs must come from chickens that are fed only organic feed free of animal by-products, synthetic fertilizers, pesticides or chemical additives. These chickens must not be given any antibiotics or hormones either. Organic eggs must be laid by 100% free-range, cage-free chickens, able to freely enjoy the outdoors. Regarding the Parmigiano cheese, hard, aged cheeses like Swiss, parmesan, and cheddars are lower in lactose and it is the result of the long ageing process.

So, still look for free range but the carton doesn’t have to say organic?

People have forgotten about simple meals and with that their health and this guy is also forgotten that principle... Doesn't know a thing about food combinations... Now a days so called health experts mix anything with anything... Chiat seeds... With eggs with blueberry with butter with ghee with broccoli??? I mean this is how you get sick....fruits should Always be eaten separately to get max benefits remember your smart grandmother used to cook simple meals with great taste that's what is best for you and gut health...
