Do you know long these would keep and how to store them? Can they be frozen if I make up a lot of them at once?

Vernaz, have you experimented with anything besides Mayonnaise? There are a lot of people that can't stand the thought of using it LOL. Asking for a friend!

Hi Vernaz, that looks pretty good 👍👌👏 but I have a question - should it be fried on only one side or flip it and fry it again? And another question 😇, can I use fresh egg-whites too? Nice greetings and a BIG BIG HUG from Germany, Ela 🤗

Hi 👋🏻….fold the sides in and then roll it and use a bit of egg yolk to seal it well and yes you can use fresh egg whites too x

Vernal, is it 6 gms of psyllium, or 11? The written recipe says 6, but you say 11 on the video. I’m really looking forward to making them.

It’s 6 gms…I made a mistake while saying it in the video

@@ketokat333 thank you. I’ve just added psyllium husk to my shopping list. I can’t wait to make them and stuff them with prawns and pork.

Do you spray or oil the pan at all before pouring the liquid in it?

If you have a good non stick then not necessary but it’s always good to give a light spray x

I was too excited to try it being a diabetic. Followed the recipe to the end, but it did not turn out well. I tried to salvage by tinkering with the ingredients but to no avail. i used "isapghol ka sat" for psyllium husk, is it the same. The first one and even the second one were too sticky; I even tried using more oil. it would not stick together. Even tried adding more egg white. Do you think that it will work if psyllium husk is replaced with xanthan gum or guar gum ?

Do follow the recipe that’s written in the description box as I said the quantity of one ingredient wrong in the video x

In the video you said 11gms psyllium husk in stead of 6 gms. Now mine is to thick 😢

Yes I’m sorry about that …my mistake though I kept repeating to see the description box ….sorry about it but you can fix it by adding more egg whites and water x
