2 things are extremely important: 1-Love & respect people and at the same time, 2- Be the president of the ' I love me' club! Love yourself & you'll love others. Take care of yourselves while helping others. You've got this, you're doing great, keep going!!! Everyone should stay or become as healthy as possible -if not, your health may suffer & then one will be forced to eat healthy. It's a lifelong process, not a 'diet!' Choose being healthy!! You look great.👍

It makes me happy to see that you are in such a good place right now! I hope to get there, too! I understand that you have cut out all processed foods and sugar, but what exactly are you eating now? I hope you will go through another day of eating! Thank you for showing us that it can be done, that, even after 4 1/2 years of trying, it can be done!

I just wanted to say that "you looked beautiful" even when you were very overweight....and you looked great when you were 1 pound from your original goal......and you Can Do It Again! You are such a sweet lady, and people shouldn't be Hating on You because you fell of the wagon and backslid..... you're the only one that matters....you and your family and friends. The people on your KZitem channels, if we can't find anything nice to say then we should be quiet. Just keep reminding you that you "Can Do It"! That We support you through the trials and victories! ❤❤

Using my Bible for my read everyday but haven’t gotten into 75 easy yet. Tried 75 hard for 35 days twice. Then screwed up and felt so bad. Enough beating myself up!

LMNT does have flavoring and stevia unless it’s the unflavored 👍🏻 - be careful with the ingredients especially when fasting - I just use Redmond’s real fine salt and save tons of $$

I’m not sure how good it is but add (no salt ) it s a brand it has potassium and magnesium

@@nancyelizabeth8364 according to the fasting method group you don’t need potassium (unless ordered by Dr) and if you’re having enough magnesium and salt (according to symptoms/needs). I use L-threonate and glycinate magnesiums every day (385 mg) plus 1 tsp of salt but I’m fasting 126 hrs a week. Everyone is very different in their needs tho 👍🏻

julieswhirled, I don't understand why people consider any artificial sweetener to be completely sugar-free. Some of us are low carb due to health reasons & artificial sweeteners can increase blood sugar readings-slightly, but everything counts. 🤷♀️. To each their own, I guess.

@@beverlyharward9631everyone’s different but I find salt cheaper than those packets, I also think the sweeteners in LMNT and other products make me hungrier, which I want to avoid on fasting days 🤷🏻♀️

Hi Jess! I support you 100 percent! Just a word, though..... Maybe change your channel name? Not Keto rewind? Maybe something else, like, obesity rewind New following folks might be confused by what you say and what you do? Keto is a very strict diet , with severe restricting. Maybe consider reinventing your channel to accomodate your changes in diet, and the expectations of your older and newer viewers? All said in love,and to encourage you.... You are doing a fantastic job🎉🎉🎉🎉

Keto is not restricting at all. I had bacon, eggs, egg white bread toast with butter and I am stuffed. Keto is not a diet, it's a metabolic state and there are various methods to get there. All I do is keep carbs to 40 grams or less a day. I have no cravings for starchy carbs or sugary crap. It's a very sustainable lifestyle for me.

Jess did say keto is not her goal.... But obviously, she is fat adapted enough to be in ketosis. I need to be fasting to get into nutritional ketosis...... So, yes, it's a metabolic state. But one that we all reach differently.

Your attitude is much better and your will to eat only the correct foods everyday no matter what will take you to where you want to go. There will be times when progress will seem non existant but if you never make a poor food choice over time you get there. One poor food choice can set you back a month and some times it can set you back years if the cravings come back. Good Luck.

Yes! True Jess.....get control over your Mind and Don't Tempt the Sleeping Bear ...(as in, BRAVO! 👏👍😁 Don't eat the Candy!) That "Sugar/Carb" Addict won't control "YOU" if you control "It"! 💪 You can DO IT Jess!! Remind People to Encourage you and not to invite you to Fall off that Wagon...... plus, when your girls are a little older they will understand better. The Struggle to overcome your Food/Sugar/Carb/Stress & Emotional Eating Addiction...... you're a great Mom to your girls.....like your Mom and Dad and Husband ect.....you All have overcome this Monster inside....lost Weight and Inches....and you All have to Encourage each other to Maintain. For Some people it's harder. They know that you can Do It, they just need to Remind you and support you in Down Times.....you know what to do, A Walk helps clear your mind and Sleep is also important.... eating The right stuff feels great, watching the scale continue to go Down and Keep going Down. Plus, the Clothes! And Pictures! Watch some of your Oldest videos, where you were Slowly shrinking and your Bubbly Personality started to Grow! Plus.... make sure that your praying to the LORD Jesus to walk with you along your journey and carry you when you fall down. Just a thought.....I still believe that you will overcome this Battle! Just Believe it.....🤗

Oh ...and what to "you" is a" Reason", to "someone else" it's an "excuse". People tell me that....."it's an Excuse".....it is "something that keeps me from attaining my goal"..... it's how "My Brain" Processes things. Not correctly though. ADHD Brains needs rewired to think correctly, to "work through the Hurdles that Hinder you from reaching your Goals". That's partly my issue. And no real support system (because everyone is busy with their own life and Problems". Being alone with my own thoughts and lack of sleep and poor nutrition ect .... The Economy is Crushing me down as well. Barely surviving these last few years. But, I know that it can happen for me too. (Maybe not a huge amount of weight loss, but closer to something healthy.....that I Feel and look better.)
