Keto Pizza Chaffles 2 Ways: Mini Dash Griddle + Air Fryer
Ingredients :
1 Large Egg
1/2 Cup Mozzarella Cheese (will need additional for topping)
1 TBSP Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp Oregeno, dried
2 TBSP Pizza sauce (1 for each chaffle)
Top with any toppings of your choice. I used Mozzarella Cheese and Pepperoni today for a basic pepperoni pizza.
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients together and pour half your mixture into your mini dash chaffle maker.
Allow to cook for about 4 minutes and remove and flip it upside down where you will top your pizza. Top your chaffle with your favorite pizza toppings.
If using the Mini Dash Griddle:
Once you top your pizza you can add back into griddle. This will allow the other side to cook a little more and your cheese will melt at the same time. Remove after about 2 to 3 minutes or until desired.
If using the Air Fryer:
You will follow all the same steps except you will not place your chaffle back into the griddle. Instead, you will remove the chaffle and top it with your desired pizza toppings and then you will place it into your air fryer.
The temperature and amount of time in the air fryer may depend on your air fryer but for mine I cooked it on 360 for about 2 minutes. You can cook longer if you like.
Macros are for both of the chaffles and pizza sauce since you may put different toppings. Macros will be half of what is listed below if eating one pizza chaffle.
