I didn't have any of those issues, just a little keto flu for a month or so, I lost 25 pounds, my trigylcerides when from 950 to 274 my A1C from 7.4 to a normal 5.4 in 6 months I always ate what was quick and easy because I was on the run but had to change that. My attitude is I eat to live not live to eat. Thanks great video!

We started before Keto was so popular. We just went low carb. We had not read a book or watched even one video. My husband just knew that carbs were making him feel sick. So we just cut the carbs and kept it simple and we noticed a difference from day one. Later I started to read books and watch videos and now it is wonderful to be able to create almost every meal that I used to love using a low carb/keto approach. Yep! keeping it simple is the only way to start because it takes the stress out of it.

Brilliant! Thank you so much for your fun and informative video. I am currently considering keto as one of the options to combat hormonal migraines. At the moment I am following a gluten free, dairy free whole foods approach to see if that helps first.

I just started doing Carnivore/Keto the energy is WOW! Plain Keto just doesn't do it energy wise. I've only felt an energy burst occasionally.

Eat more fat. Still hungry btwn meals? Eat even more fat at meals. As you lose the sugar and eat the fat you will start using the fat. Incl ur own fat!

I just lost 40 pounds in five weeks. The first several days were pure hell. I won’t lie, it was hell. No carbs, no sugar, and no high fructose corn syrup. Plus I ate no meat, nor animal byproducts. My vegetables have gained this new and wonderful flavor to me. I am an abstainer. I have to not see, nor taste what I don’t need. I feel if I do, then I’ll start eating ravenously. Thank you two ladies for posting this video. I’d hug you both if I were close to you.
