EMOM = Every Minute On the Minute
Doing an exercises at the top of every minute and then resting for the remainder of the minute is a way to introduce progressive overload into your workout and continuously fatigue the muscle on a consistent timeline.
Your resting metabolism remains high, causing you to lose weight long after you end your workout routine. EMOM workouts burn fat, build muscle muscle, and provide a great fat-to-muscle ratio.
This workout is designed for Kettlebells. Make sure you choose a weight that is challenging, so you might need to have a variety of different weights for these exercises.
