Kevin is an awesome Father-actor, writer, director, producer. He is too gifted. He is too likable. One of a kind. I'm sure that he is shocked that he is such a hit actor. I first saw him in Silverado. He has great roots. He will have a humdinger of an Autobiographer with great stories. I'm Cherokee Indian and definitely love Dancing With Wolves. He will have awesome stories to tell. He is a well rounded guy- easy to relate to. He loves Gene Hackman as so do I. Show and Tell was very common. I had that program in grade school. If I were his parents, I would see his potential for creativity from an early age. If he ran for Congress, he would rival any celebrity politician. I am not wild about Liz Cheney, but he is very intelligent and charismatic. I liked Kurt Russell better as Wyatt Earp, but every other movie he made was spot on. I would love to be a fly on the wall at a dinner party of his.

Costner has always been a rare talent in Hollywood who actually has perspective, ethic, and integrity. JFK, Dances With Wolves, Revenge, The Untouchables, Field Of Dreams, A Perfect World, The War, Open Range, Wyatt Earp, Robin Hood - love Kevin Costner! And don't believe the hipster naysayers, Waterworld and The Postman are both quality too! Never caught that resentful decade long hate/envy train, starting around the period of Prince Of Thieves, when it became popular to glibly root against Costner and try to tear him down. Costner is consistantly charismatic, believable and engaging - british accent be damned. I'll be enjoying Yellowstone, no doubt.

1976 I was 14 years old ,and I had brought my single shot 16 gauge shotgun to school that I had bought for $ 5.00 at age 12 for show and tell. We had 5 other guns in class that were illustrated that day. Gun safety was the pinnacle and a couple hunting or target practice storys followed from each student. I was raised by a single mom and had nobody to really (mentor me) hunt with as a child so I would practice accuracy and wing shooting on my own. I became very good at hitting my targets stationary -moving didn't matter. We had a great resource at the time in north western Pa. ruffed grouse and they were fast to get airborne and really evaded you quite well. With one shot available and little funds for ammo I learned to make my shots count. The meals from this bird were very tasty. The next year I had asked my Principal at the school for permission to bring along my shotgun broken down with all my shells and hunting gear in a gym bag on the public school bus and could I hunt my way back home after class dismissed for the day in the fall when grouse season opened , because by the time I got home on the bus there would be very little time to hunt in the evening? He said if you will put your bag behind my desk in the morning when you arrive at school and after the last bell rang (dismissal) that I would be allowed..I used to hunt my way home from school when I was a teen . Never was there a problem with this behavior . What has happened to America in such a short time that this is a crime now and people are even frightened of gun owners ?

I understand the struggle. At a 5'4-5'6 on the B squad of every team. Was always on the team but not considered a "Go Too".... after high-school I joined adult mma. I took the discipline I learn in HS and middle school and applied it to my adult life. Tdh I got my ass kicked for 6 months. One day I got tired of getting beat after a loss. I repeated step 1 at this point. Have not lost a battle since.

I love the Walt Disney story and I’m sure Walt loved that moment too. Walt was the biggest kid of us all! I remember those days when Disneyland was like Kevin described. Far cry from what it’s like now. I said to him "have you ever gone back to a place you used to love going, just to be there and look around and say to yourself...hmmmm... I wonder why this place stuck out in my memories" She was and is what I measure every relationship Ive had since by, if I corrupt that in my minds eye.... where am I then??
