Kevin Oppermann is a farmer in southern Wisconsin who began using rotational grazing to manage his herd of Scottish Highland cattle. In this video, Kevin talks about how he got started farming after growing up in the suburbs, how he's been able to bring cattle back to his grandparents' old dairy farm, and how hiring another aspiring young farmer has made a huge difference in his operation.
