Ingredients: 3 egg yolks, 2 cans of sweetened condened milk, 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup key lime juice, i used 3/4 cup. 9 inch graham cracker pie shell. Mix egg yolks, milk, juice together well and pour into pie shell. Garnish with sliced limes and zest a lime on top if you like. Chill for 3 to 4 hours before serving. You may serve with whip cream or use the whites of the eggs to mske a meringue, add 1/4 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar to make a meringue and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. If youre not making a meringue there is no need to nake, just chill and enjoy.
