Very nicely done adding the extra element and topped off with steam effects. Love it! Excellent presentation, easy to follow. I really like how you explain what each of the clicks represents and what are the results afterward.

Wow.. That's really a quick way to do. VDB files takes a lot of time to findout the smoke. Thanks for the tip.

Thank you Sam, yet I’m still curious about the setting of the book aside, particularly the side surface mimicking paper piling up.

The book was a model that I downloaded and already had the pages as a texture. I changed the book cover though

Thank you for yet another great tutorial. I was wondering if you can do tutorial on how to render an open magazine or book with images and text inside it.

Thank you so much Sam! Amazing and simple as always :) One question tho, how do you import the model of the books or render the book with the texture in Keyshot?

I prefer to do UVs and bake textures in blender first, cause it has nice and fast opengl preview, and then just export it into render engine + load final textures without pain. Alembic scene is great + it support hair strands.
