Ingredients For Recipe 1 -
ChickPeas (काबुली चना) - 1 Bowl
Cornflour (मक्के का आटा) - 6 Tbsp
Onion (प्याज) - Some
Capsicum (शिमला मिर्च) - Some
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2 Nos.
Ginger (अदरक) - 1 Tsp
Garlic (लहसुन) - 1 Tsp
Green Onion (हरी प्याज) - Some
Oil (तेल) - As Required
Black Pepper (काली मिर्च) - Some
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
Sugar (चीनी) - Some
Soya Sauce (सोया सॉस) - 1/2 Tbsp
Chilli Sauce (मिर्च की चटनी) - 2 Tbsp
Tomato Ketchup (टमाटर की चटनी) - 2 Tbsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp
Vinegar (सिरका) - 1 Tbsp
Chilli Flakes (मिर्ची) - Some
Mushroom (मशरूम) - Some

Onion (प्याज) - As Required
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - As Required
Kashmiri Red Chilli (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च) - Some
Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
Salt (नमक) - As Per Taste
Oil (तेल) - As Required
Garlic (लहसुन) - As Required

Turmeric Powder (हल्दी पाउडर) - Some
Baking Soda (मीठा सोडा) - 1 Pinch
Refined White Flour (मैदा) - 400 gm
Carom Seed (अजवाइन) - 1/2 Tbsp
Oil (तेल) - As Required
Fennel Seed (सौंफ) - 1 Tbsp
Coriander Seeds (धनिये के बीज) - 2 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds (जीरा) - 1 Tsp
Asafeotida (हींग) - Some
Black Salt (काला नमक) - 1 Tbsp
Cumin Seeds Powder (जीरा पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
Dry Mango Powder (अमचूर) - 2 Tbsp
Chat Masala (चाट मसाला) - 1 Tsp
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder (लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
Garam Masala (गरम मसाला) - 1 Tsp
Fenugreek Leaves (कसूरी मेथी) - Some
Boiled Potato (उबले आलू) - 1 Kg
Coriander Leaves (धनिए के पत्ते) - Some
Green Chilli (हरी मिर्च) - 2 Nos.
Tomato (टमाटर) - 1 Nos.
Ginger (अदरक) - Some
Lemon (नींबू) - 1 Nos.
Ghee (घी) - Some
Premix
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢 𝐃𝐫𝐲, soak Chickpeas overnight and boil them. Add Corn Flour and mix well Then fry coated Chickpeas. In a pan add Oil, Green Chilies, Garlic, Ginger, Capsicum, Spring Onion, Salt, Black Pepper, Vinegar, Soya Sauce, Tomato Ketchup, Chili Sauce, Sugar, some Corn Flour and Water, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Spring Onion and fried Chickpeas. Mix and cook well and serve crispy Chana Chili Dry.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐮𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐧, in a bowl, take some Pakora Premix & soak it for 15 minutes. Then add some finely chopped Onion, Green Chilli, Coriander Leaves & some Salt. Mix and make round balls and fry. In a pan, add Oil, Ginger, Garlic, Onion, Green Chilli, Tomato Ketchup, Red Chili Sauce, Soy Sauce, Black Pepper Powder, Salt, and Corn Flour mixture and cook on a high flame. Add Manchurian Balls and coriander Leaves, and cook for a while. Mix them & enjoy Tasty Manchurian. You can also serve them in a Dahi Vada style.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐑𝐚𝐠𝐝𝐚 𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐭, soak White Peas overnight and boil them. In a mixing jar add Spices and grind well. In a pan add boiled Chhole, ground Masala, Green Chutney, and Sweet Chutney. Boil, garnish, and serve.
