Dhaba Style Whole Garlic Sabji
You can enjoy this dish during winter and rainy days. If you are sick, eating this sabji will help you feel better. Do try it!
Ingredients:
Garlic (as needed)
Salt (as needed)
Turmeric Powder (depending on how much garlic used)
1 Glass Water
1/2 Cup Oil
1/2 Tbs Mustard Seeds
1/2 Tbs Cumin Seeds
2-3 Green Chillies (sliced)
1 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Minced Ginger
1/2 Cup Chopped Onions
Asafetida (hing)
1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder
1 Tbs Kashmiri Red Chilly Powder
Tomato Purée (blend 3-4 tomatoes)
1-2 Cup Chawanu Powder (crushed chawanu)
Water
Coriander Leaves
1 Tbs Coriander & Cumin Powder (dhaniya-jeera powder)
1/2 Tsp Pav Bhaji Masala
