INGREDIENTS:-
BEEF CURRY:-
Oil:-1/2 cup
Zeera:- 2tsp
Onion/pyaz:- 2 medium ( sliced)
Boneless Beef:- 1/2 kg
Ginger Garlic paste:@1tbspjasmine- 1 Tbsp
Tomatoes:- 2 large ( sliced)
Turmeric /haldi Powder:- 1 Tsp
Laal mirch powder:- 1 1/2 tsp
Coriander/ dhaniya Powder:- 3 Tsp
Chilli flakes:- 1 1/2 tsp
Salt:- 1 1/2 tsp or to taste
Water:- 2 cups
Yogurt/dahi:- 3 tbsp
Fresh Coriander/ dhaniya:- 1/2 cup
Green Chilies:- 3
COCONUT CURRY:-
Ginger:- 1/2 inch
Green Chilies:- 4 to 5
Garlic:- 5
Yogurt/ dahi :- 250gm
Gram Flour/ Baison:- 4 to 5 Tbsp
Coconut milk Powder:- 4 Tbsp
Oil:- 3 to 4 Tbsp
Zeera :- 1 Tbsp
Curry leaves:- 7 to 8
Water:- 4 to 6 cups
ASSEMBLING:-
Boiled Noodles:- 500 gm ( 1 packet)
Fried Garlic
Slims/ Potaty sticks
Fresh Coriander
Lemon juice
