Ingredients:
400 Gr Chicken
1 1/2 Kg Pumpkin (Peeled)
3 Medium Onion (Chopped)
1 Cup Pomegranate Paste
1 Tsp Persian Spice
1 Tsp turmeric
Salt
Vegetable oil
Water
Instructions:
Chop the chicken to the desired size.
Chop the pumpkin and put it in the pan. Add a cup of water.
cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
After cooking, mash the pumpkins well in a pan.
Fry the onion in oil until golden.
Add the chicken and continue to fry.
Add salt, turmeric and Persian spice. Roast a little and pour a cup of water on them.
cover and cook on low flame for 30 minutes.
After the chickens are cooked, add the mashed pumpkin.
Add pomegranate paste and mix well.
cover and cook on low flame for 20 minutes.
