You are amazing. Where did you come from??? I'm persian by blood and didn't even know about khoreshteh hulu until I came across your channel. Your technique is surprisingly good, and your attention to detail and teaching is fantastic. You even took us through three types of eggplant for the bademjoon recipe!! Awesome of you. Keep it up.

Thank you! I have cooked khoresht aloo and khoresht quince, but never combined the two. Once quince is back in season, I will definitely make it! Couscous sounds like a nice alternative to basmati rice. One day we had a guest over who was sensitive to gluten, so I have tried quinoa, which is also a nice alternative. :-)
