500g vermicelli
1.5 kg milk
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup ghee
6 small cardamom pods
1/2 cup sliced almonds
1/2 cup sliced dry coconut
Instructions:
1. Heat ghee, fry almonds & coconut.
2. Add cardamom, vermicelli; stir-fry until golden.
3. Pour in milk; cook until vermicelli is done.
4. Add sugar; boil until mixture thickens.
5. Mix in fried almonds & coconut.
