The babies are able to understand distinct languages and accents during their begginings. But, when their brain starts growing up, this ability dissapear if there is no stimulation during the following years. My question is why do you think it is weird for adults to converse with children? If a toddler strikes up a conversation with you it's because they have interest. To shy away from the conversation, or to get weird about it will instill a sense of shyness to the child. Because you acting weird will make them feel as if they are doing something wrong. So have a conversation with a child, don't make you weird or creepy , and watch how that Child's World opens up with laughter and smiles
@nobody1747
4 жыл бұрын
@@dynastyfamily00 exactly, going out into the world and engaging with kids you run across isnt bad. Its enlightening for the kid and for you sometimes like how I remember some random dude I met in walmart randomly decided to tell me about how my blood was blue on the inside before oxygen hits it, and another old lady I met when I was lost in another walmart kept conversation with me even though now I'm pretty sure it was the last thing she expected to be doing in the dairy department. But anyway those memories really helped me see the good in the world and now that I'm older I'm grateful to have memories of strangers like that cause some of them shaped who I am. Also I think the og commenter reported my other comment cause I dont see it anymore XD it was more or less exactly what you said.

@@tunerfromhell1302 it's adopt actually. 😉 You "adopt" objects (a puppy, a new worldview, etc), whereas you "adapt" TO something (conditions).
