If it counts, my generation (Gen Z) is already scared of how Gen Alpha is turning out. Unfortunately, I've already had multiple conversations with friends about how we'll fix these issues if/when we have kids, which isn't something people my age should be thinking about. Especially since most of us aren't planning to have kids until our 30s. But their behavior is genuinely a cause for concern.

@@sassydogsquad I mean it’s perfectly fine to be young and in these stores, supervised depending on the age or just minding your manners if you’re a young teen or tween. Makeup is super fun and a great way to learn to express yourself, and depending on your development you might be starting to get acne that the right skincare regimen could really help, and even just getting in good habits of regularly cleansing, using a gentle moisturizer, and spf, these are all great things! I have no problem with them, but the out of control behavioral problems and destructive natures of some of these young people is disheartening. Thank you for being a good example to your peers. Actually take care of them and look at what they do and make sure it isn't anything bad. I didn't use actual makeup till I was 12.im almost 14.and I barely ever wear makeup. And I don't use that much skincare I wash my face and use lotion and use medicine my doctor told me to use for my face. They don't need retinol cream or glow drops. I have to go to sephora in Poland to see if we have the same problems out of curiosity. I cannot belive why Sephora isn't just banning children. Simple, it supose to be "luxuries" experience to buy makeup at Sephota. It is not if kids are disturbing customers who CAN afford their purchase. I don't care if your kid can afford a 1000$ skincare. I really don't. In my mind it is an adult store. Period.

As a kid with Sephora friends I can confirm that not all Sephora kids are bad. I personally believe that kids shouldn’t really be wearing makeup because it can ruin your natural skin, but stuff like lip glosses and sol de janeiro are fine bc it’s literally just moisturiser and gloss. Plus I’m not in control of what happens with me friends.
