The Government vowed to get tough on youth offenders who are carrying out ram raids and retail crime and will unveil their hard-line approach next month. It hopes to include adding these offences to the Crimes Act, giving Police the power to prosecute kids as young as 12. Kim Parata talks about how her eleven year son Demetrius got involved in ram raiding.
