BTW conchas are part of what's called "sweet bread" (pan de dulce) which you can eat and find every day (mostly eaten as part/instead of breakfast/dinner)there's an enormous variety of pan de dulce, thousands of different types. Meanwhile atole is a drink commonly associated with tamales, it also has hundreds of flavors, including chocolate, nuts, and guava. A good tamal and an atole is all you need to eat to have energy for a complete day.

02:01 Hello, a Swede here. The last christmas smorgasbord I was on had 15 different types of pickled herring, which is about the same amount you can buy in a supermarket. At finer restaurants 50 different types of pickled herring is not unheard of.

With everything you could've grabbed from the Swedish christmas food you chose SILL (pickled herring)

Pickled herring... "Christmas food"... I mean we eat that every holiday, all year round, so I kinda disagree with this selection.

The pickled herring is also a staple in Polish cuisine, especially around Christmas and on parties with lots of alcohol.

Simon Stadin I never eat pickled herring during Christmas, and I’m half Swedish and speak the language! We do the whole jul kalander och everything!

Sydney asks for Pan Dulce in 5:52 , someone should tell her the Panettone she ate before is exactly that; Pan Dulce is the name we give to Panettone in Southamerica.
