So I filmed a few dishes that are good to cook then.
People spending it with their families or spending it alone~
These are simple and delicious dishes.🥰
I cooked for the first time in a while since I'd been busy
The sound of the soup boiling comforted me.

Recipe
Mushroom Kalguksu (Knife-cut noodle soup)
1.Slice Shiitake mushrooms and prepare enoki mushroom and beech mushroom
2.Slice Cheongyang chili pepper, red chili pepper and green onion
3.Make anchovy broth and dissolve some minced meat sauce in the broth
4.Add traditional soy sauce, tuna sauce and fish soy sauce to season
5.Add half of the shabu shabu meat first and cook it in the broth
6.Put in the rest of the mushroom and noodles to cook
7.Add enoki mushroom, rest of the meat, pepper, Cheongyang chili pepper,
red chili pepper and green onion to finish
Ssambap and Cheonggukjang (Lettuce wrap and fermented soy bean soup)
1.Chop up potatoes, tofu, zucchini, green onion, red chili pepper and
Cheongyang chili pepper
2.Dissolve Cheonggukjang paste in water. Add the potatoes, tofu and
zucchini and bring it to a boil
3.Add green onion and chili pepper to finish
Daegu style Kkumi Tteokguk (Rice Cake soup with garnish)
1.Separate egg white and egg yolk. Make a thin egg pancake with each
(Cook in low heat!)
2.Roll up the egg pancakes and thinly slice it

4.Season beef with salt and pepper. Stir fry. Put some soy sauce and
