Thanks for the trip down memory lane! I remember making this years ago, but always added lots of red pepper flakes to kick it into that sweet & spicy realm. Goes nicely with sweet & sour cabbage and baked potatoes.

It takes about 30 mins or so till it reduces enough to make the sauce sticky you want to reduce the coke till it is syrupy

believe it or not this is an old recipe made by the-Polish,Hungarian,and Slovak people in our Little OLD Steel Mill Town,Youngstown,Ohio,,,,but you're killing me ,I'm pre-diabetic

I got the recipe from my wife her family is hungarian and they are from youngstown Ohio...... dirty little secrets come out hahahaha
