I have a log cutting question for you. At 6:20, and again several times, when you finished cutting a section of the tree the end part jumped up, as it it had been under strain. Why would that be? I would have thought the tree would not be under tension. I think in your previous videos I've never seen a tree do this. Just curious. Love your videos and envy both you and your son. What a perfect life you are giving him!
@falllineridge

I noticed that a couple of those white oak boards lifted when cut through - that from stress or twist in the tree???
