Today I'm going to make Kimchi & Bean sprout Porridge!
Especially bean sprout is rich in vitamin C so it helps to boost your immune system. 💪💪It becomes a very important factor recently(Corona virus😭).
What’s more bean sprout is really good for a hangover. So in Korea, we eat soup made by bean sprouts the day after we've been drinking a lot.
Usually, people put leftover rice, but I’m gonna put uncooked rice. That means you don’t need a rice cooker! EASY!!! When you put uncooked rice, it makes porridge more delicious and deeper.

👉YOU WILL NEED(for 2 servings):
Raw rice 1 cup
Well-fermented Kimchi 1 cup
Bean sprout (150g / 0.3 lb)
Anchovy & kelp broth (1L /34 oz)
Soup soy sauce 1 tbsp
Red pepper powder ½ tbsp
Minced Garlic 1 tsp
Salt(if necessary)
Sesame oil 1 tbsp
Sesame seeds 1 tsp
Salted dried laver(seaweed)
