Another strange service story ...
(concerning Kind Shock Dropzone Dropper Post, so quite a popular model)
The customer came to me and claimed that the seatpost had been lying on another service for two months and they couldn't grasp it.
Dear customer, if you are reading this, be understanding to me, but experience has taught me not to trust everything 100% - for this reason, I suggest that all readers treat this envelope as a myth.
Anyway ... Apparently the customer himself showed some previous service technician how to push the piston (with a compressor) because he said that he was unable to do it. [when I will do a full service in the future or find some archival materials, I will put together something, such a full guide].
I admit that out of human curiosity, after lunch at work, I pressed the seat post between the orders. I felt that there was some coarser thing to it. "They couldn't just pumping," I thought to myself. And yet ... I think they had, because I made the seatpost as shown on the material, no demolition, no sagu, she held the pressure, and since then the customer has not returned to the complaint, so I assume that everything is ok.
I looked at the comments of other services in the area (also the one that was probably THIS previous one) and the lack of negative reviews recently, e.g. on Google. This is interesting to me because keeping the equipment for two months and not repairing it probably deserves a reliable opinion on the network, although on the other hand ...
Customer, if you're reading this, thank you for the juice! It was extremely refreshing, perfect for those hot days - nothing like ***** in the opinion of Google!
