In this meditation you will cultivate a way of looking at experience where you greet each moment with kindness and acceptance. Whatever is prominent, whether that's a sensation (sound, feeling, or image), a thought, or an emotion, can be looked at with a sense of welcoming. Saying "yes" to each experience. This might evolve to a sense of love or compassion for each moment of experience, and perhaps a sense of gratitude, spaciousness, or profound wellbeing. Through intentionally cultivating this way of looking, over and over, by gently inclining the mind in this way, can lead to an ability to work with difficulty, to cultivate a sense of love for all phenomena, or to a quiet stillness and presence.
