Kinunot na Pating
Ingredients:
¼ kl shark meat (pating)
2 cups coconut milk
1 ½ cup malunggay leaves
2 pcs onion
salt & pepper to taste
siling labuyo
Procedure:
-Boil shark meat until semi cooked. (Flake or cut into small pieces)
-In a pot, put coconut milk while stirring continuously.
-Add shark meat (pating) and onion.
-When its boiling add malunggay leaves.
-Add salt and pepper, then mix well.
-Finalize according to your taste.
-Kinunot is best serve with rice.
