𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐑𝐄𝐃𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐓𝐒:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐌𝐞𝐰𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐚𝐠:
* Ghee(घी) - 1 Serving Spoon/60 Gram
* Edible Gum/Gond(गोंद) - 3-4 Tbsp/25 Gram
* Cashew Nuts(काजू) - 3-4 Tbsp/25 Gram
* Almonds(बादाम) - 3-4 Tbsp/25 Gram
* Dry Coconut(सूखा नारियल) - 100 Gram
* Melon Seeds(खरबूज के बीज) - 2 Tbsp/15 Gram
* Poppy Seeds(खसखस) - 2 Tbsp/15 Gram
* Fox nuts/Makhana(मखाना) - 2 Bowl/100 Gram
* Raisins(किशमिश) - 3-4 Tbsp/25 Gram
* Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli(चिरोंजी) - 2 Tbsp/25 Gram
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1 Tsp
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 2-3 Pieces
* Black Pepper Powder(काली मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Pistachios(पिस्ता) - For Garnishing
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐒𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐫 𝐒𝐲𝐫𝐮𝐩:
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 350 Gram
* Water(पानी) - 175 Gram
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐢𝐫𝐢:
* Ghee(घी) - Some
* Dried Coriander Powder(सूखा धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Bowl
* Singhada Atta(सिंघाड़ा आटा) - 1 Bowl
* Melon Seeds(खरबूजे के बीज) - Some
* Almondette/Chironji(चिरौंजी) - Some
* Lotus Seeds Pop/Makhana(मखाना) - Some
* Dry Coconut(सूखा नारियल) - Some
* Black Cardamom(काली इलाइची) - 1
* Cardamom(इलायची) - 2
* Raisins(किशमिश) - Some
* Jaggery(गुड़) - 1/2 Cup, Grated
𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐏𝐚𝐧𝐣𝐢𝐫𝐢, in a pan, put some Ghee & Coriander Powder. Roast it and take it out on a plate/Thali. In the same pan, put more Ghee & Singhada Atta, crushed Makhana, Melon Seeds, Grated Dry Coconut, Black and Cardamom Powder, Almondette/Chironji, and Raisins, and roast them well. Then put roasted Coriander Powder and grated Jaggery and mix it well. This way, Panjiri Bhog for Krishna will get ready.
𝐅𝐨𝐫 𝐃𝐫𝐲 𝐅𝐫𝐮𝐢𝐭 𝐏𝐚𝐠, keep the pan on the flame and put Ghee, Edible Gum/Gond, Cashew Nuts, Almonds, long chopped Dry Coconut, Fox Seeds, Melon Seeds & Poppy Seeds. Roast them separately then keep cooling down & crush them well. Then put Raisins, Almondette Seeds/Chironji/Charoli, Cumin Seeds, Crushed Cardamom, and Black Pepper Powder & mix them all well & keep them aside.
For Sugar Syrup, take a pan, put Jaggery and water in it. Make one string of Sugar Syrup. Then put all the crushed & roasted Dry Fruits in the Syrup. Mix them well, put the mixture in a greased tray & spread it evenly. Garnish it with chopped Pistachios & keep it for drying for half an hour. Finally, cut it into pieces & enjoy!
