It was my first (and hopefully not the last) time to make a DESSERT! 🍮🍯
Come with me as I learn how to make a VEGAN ‘TIBOK TIBOK’ (Philippine Milk Pudding) with the help of Filipino Pride, Apl.de.Ap of the Black Eyed Peas - alongside and his two amazing private chefs, Joel & Bex! Carabao’s milk is usually used to make this milk pudding, but for this episode we’re going in for a delicious COCONUT version that will surely stay a staple dish in ‘meriendas’ or any family gathering. Coconut is widely grown in the Philippines, and found in health stores and groceries around the world. 💕 Since Apl has no access to Carabao’s milk out in the UK, it was perfect to do this Vegan style!

Here’s what you’ ll need!
500g Rice Flour
750g Coconut sugar🥥
4 tins of Coconut Milk (1.6l)🥥
1 block of coconut cream 200 g
600ml Water
100g Desiccated coconut🌴
Coconut oil
