Is it not illegal in your country to wash those equipment's outside with oils and chemicals? It is illegal here in US because the outside sewer does not have a grease trap and fat oils/grease becomes solid when it becomes cold and can cause a serious problems in your area. the restaurant owners can get in trouble with the city. dont have a way to tell you this privately but this will be a great info to everyone in this business that does not know it. however, you did a great job in cleaning.

Excellent video! I just had a few questions regarding the cleaning: 1. Which pressure washer/ steam cleaner did you use throughout the video? 2. Which chemical did you use? 3. How long did you let the chemical set in for before using the steam cleaner to remove the grease? If you could kindly answer them, I would be grateful! Thanks

A little concerned about the steam cleaning of a kitchen so close to electric sockets, steam and electricity are not the best of friends, also what happened to the earth cross bonding on the table you were cleaning out side, looks like the straps were just pulled apart.
