My dad lost his job and so began to dedicate his time to work on his home. He is building a pergola and would greatly benefit from having tools to make it easier!! My dad just started a new job as a house flipper and he doesn’t have many tools. There are always those moments where he says "oh I don't have this tool or this tool, I guess we just have to think of something" So I think he could really use a good set of tools for his job. Love your channel! My wife and I just bought our first house and have been in constant update mode. Just finished our nursery(first child coming any day now), next up is finishing the garage and mud room. Then an outdoor lounge space, more raised planter beds, redoing our floors, baseboards, kitchen....it never ends, but we love it!

Moved to new neighborhood this past summer. Since then, put new flooring throughout first floor, renovated first floor bathroom, new window/door trim, paint, shiplap wall, renovated entire kitchen. Next on the list is building a outdoor patio for our hot tub (wife insisted on having) and then upstairs for the rest. lol Great videos, keep them coming! congrats to whoever wins!

I made good use of my time during quarantine last year remodeling my home using a lot of your techniques and inspirations from your videos and I haven’t stopped since. My Ariat work boots saved my leg this last week. My jeans caught on fire at the base, and the leather from the boots gave me time to extinguish the leg before I sustained any major burns. 10/10, would recommend.

My parents just retired. We have an outdated area in the back yard, so we are starting to build a Out door back hut/bar for the pool area. So we are now taking a space of the yard that was never used and could be the new spot to be in the yard. Looking to make a 5 stool bar, and make it with the Tropical feel. Big upgrade for us. I get out of the Marine Corps in 43 days. I'm moving my wife and 10 month old son into her uncle's rental property which will be in the middle of renovation. Love the videos. I learn a lot every time you put a new one out. Keep it up!

Finishing my basement currently. Adding a bedroom, living room, office, laundry room, and bathroom. So far only hired out the plumbing (had full sewer line and stack replaced). Plumber stole our hire-a-professional budget, so here I am, watching KZitem videos on how to do stuff at night, building a home during the day.

Its spring time and that means outside work. Getting the lawn mowed, the hedges trimmed, the pool opened, powerwashing all the pavers and brick around the house, new garden... its coming along nicely

Dude, I can’t even begin to tell you how much better your flooring video made me feel! You posted the flooring video when I was on day 6 of installing new LVT in my house! My tiles were only 24”x16” & I encountered EVERY SINGLE ISSUE you had in your video! Right down to getting the wrong tiles shipped! Haha thanks for the uplift!!

Just bought a 1935 farm house, we are removing 5 walls, building a new kitchen, I'm doing all the cabinets and framing, new master suite with walk in closet and bath, new floors in the whole house, remove floor and ceiling wallpaper, and wood panel walls and drywall everything. Pretty much a gut and rebuild.

My wife and I just bought a house that is very similar to your new home. It’s beautiful but needs some TLC and a lotttt of updates! We are replacing all of the flooring with LVP. Removing a garden tub and installing a stand alone tub in the master bathroom. In the kitchen we are painting the cabinetry, replacing the backsplash (which is identical to the one you just took out), and replacing the countertops! Work begins in two weeks!

At the moment I am planning on outdoor garden beds with native Australian flora, remodelling the kitchen with hard wood counter tops, fleshing the backyard with a wood deck and Japanese inspired pergola, new dressers to replace hamy-downs and e.t.c. e.t.c. plenty to keep me busy for the next year and a half. I’ve never done quartz countertops before. Dove right into that project and killed it. Just tried my hand at concrete finishing for a 12x12 pad outside and it came out great. Next will be a coffee bar my wife wants me to make to match the other farmhouse furniture I built in our house. Don’t be afraid to try new things and become a “KZitem Professional” after getting all this confidence watching your videos. Lol!

Currently ripping up all the carpet and installing hardwood floors, installing new stair balusters, replacing all the door & floor trims. After all that's done finishing the garage: insulation, drywall, paint, storage cabinets. After that, the bathroom remodel: floors, vanity, shower, lighting, paint & trims. Then the basement, and so on, even when the house is done there's always another project that pops up.

I am in the process of renovating my backyard. I am extending the grass to the back retaining wall, completely removing a dead 15ft cottonwood tree and planting a Bradford perilous tree. Also building two raised planter beds!

Just bought my second home and we actually were wanting to mirror your bedroom project with our own touch to it. We also have walk in closets that are in need of an update. Aside from those we are wanting to incorporate shiplap and the faux brick somewhere in the new house. Finally, we want to re do outside of the house such as the brick and front door areas and the garage to give it a more modern feel. Been following for over a year now and love the new content!

I'm 20 and me and my buddys are remodeling an abandoned house on one of their property's. We've come a long way on it and we have used a lot of ryobi to re-do it actually, it's a good price and works good. The more tools the better and the quicker we can get everything done. Love the big houses and big builds. It’s awesome to see the creativity. Maybe the next house you do is more small shabby rinky dinky fixer upper. I think it’s often houses like these people buy for their first in hopes to make it better but can never excecute great. I think it would inspire a lot of people with older more shabby houses to still want to fix up their home and see the beauty in it
