I just got my TInhifi C3 and the Cadenza. I didn't expect to like the C3 more. The cadenza has a metallic timbre and makes everything sounds thin. The C3 has a bit more treble, but has none of the metallic timbre. Tracks with acoustic guitars sounds good on the C3. Both C3 and Cadenza sounds treble forward in their own ways, tip rolling may help.

Yeah, kbear 10, bgvp w01, tanchjim tapb treble, and moondrop spring tips should help for calming down the treble

@@Yiss8352Using W01 on the Cadenza and Infiter IE45Pro on the Cadenza. Initially used spring tips on the Cadenza. Unfortunately trying to remove them from the wide nozzles ripped them apart. Both of these have wide nozzles, the Cadenza is the wider of the two. It was a struggle trying to fit my tips. Tried to fit one of my favorite tips, but gave up after struggling to do so.

Got my Cadenza through Amazon the other day, and it is bright. I tip rolled, and wound up using dekoni form tips on them. I changed the cable as well and used copper cable. I like them now! Is a review of the Fiio JD 7 coming?

I had the same impression. It's still really good for $35 and I'm enjoying the set.

Cadenza is definitely worth the price with the amount of detail and imaging that you get. It is a bit veiled but what it does definitely stands out in the budget realm.

How is it a review of the product if you're not using the original cable? Most people buying a budget IEM are going to use the cable that comes with the product.

You say dark. For me was to Bright for my volumes. The bass and drums a bit thin timbre for my taste.

Looking at the graph I don't see how this is dark at all lol

@Emanuel Victor that was my point . Read it buddy. Not dark at all. Dark means full body and recessed in highs and warm

@Emanuel Victor and graphs does not show the drivers. The most expensive drivers and iem. You will never see the upper mids and treble picks. But when you listen to them. You can hear all. Only cheap ba gives you that cheap metallic sound.

I have way better sounding gear but if I was stranded on an island with these I would be far from mad. I wish stuff like this for this price existed growing up. 😁

Hi, I have lots of cables and eartips spare for iem rolling/upgrade , also sourced with good balanced amp. i am currently on Dunu Titan S all day. other iem i use now including Tin T2Plus and HZ Heart Mirror ( nozzle micropore taped to slightly reduce hi mids and treble by 20% ) im a neutral&natural kinda guy with a hint or treble or low elevation is fine. nowday i wanted slightly more mid bass and lows for my R&B, Soul, Rap and EDM library Should I get this over a little pricier Tin T3plus or/ C3? i heard that with proper cable and eartips rolling this could be on par to the 3 series Tin Hifi? i just don't want to spend a little extra dollars for now or i should save a little more and get the 3 series?

Mr Fann. Please get another DAC. The Questyle M15 is not a good dongle for this reason - it's a very analytical dongle with noticably truncated soundstage width. It doesn't offer an immersive presentation. It's great for active speakers, not so for IEMs. My recommendation is either xDuoo Link 2Bal or the Tanchjim Space for *great* stage width and more natural and fun presentation.

There are plenty. Tinhifi C3, Tangzu Wan'er, Salnotes Zero if you're looking for similarly tuned iem to the cadenza. Else, Tinhifi C2, Truthear Zero, QKZ HBB, Tanchjim Ola.
