Arguably the greatest one minute clip on YT: The Unit walks into frame, Prodigy playing repetitively in the background while we are given the opportunity the admire his fantastic physique. The Unit prepares mentally for the battle, and when he's done, the music changes to give us the feeling that this is it: this is, in faact, the moment we have been waiting for our entire lives. The Unit lifts the bar like it is weightless, all is muscles blows up, drops the bar and the pumped up Unit walks out of frame. The music stops. The work here is done. Goals.

He coulde have gone heavier, too! I read that his max STANDING overhead press is 180 (which, by the way, is also the amount of weight pressed by the strongman champion Eddie Hall, not in an effortless way). Klokov is really one of a kind...

+Cerdelimo At Klokov Power Weekend in Strict Press he didd 162 kg, I think 180 is too much.

+Riesen Esel There's a video of him PUSH pressing 225 Kg, which he stated is basically his max. Given that, I still am unsure if he can't STRICT press that amount (180). Usually in training session numbers are higher than in other situations

+Cerdelimo I know the Push press video.Training session numbers are higher because the most athlets are overweighted. He has strong legs this is good for push press. At power weekend I think there were no weight classes and in a competition you have more adrenlin and so on. Difficult to say what is his real max. At .chidlovski.net there is an interview with Gennady Ivanchenko and he is talking about pressing olympic style before 1972.He did seated press 160 kg x2 and was a 82.5 kg class lifter.

His max Push Press was 226kg and max strict was 180kg. Best jerk 262kg. I'd be surprised if he isn't the best all around strength athlete we've seen or atleast one of the greatest ever
