Knee's movements surpassed any player I have ever seen in Tekken this tournament. sidestepping, ducking, low parrying, backstepping, fuzzy guarding, and whiff punishing constantly. and unlike other players, knee used feng's signature moves in between all the constant fundamentals to add layers to his mind games. the Knee in EVO 2022 was a complete fighter. Feng is a good char but not many pros invested enough to translate into playing it in tourneys. Im pretty sure they all tried feng just to see how good it was but for many different reasons didnt stick to it. Maybe just didnt like the char, different playstyle, thought he was good but not good enough for tourneys, good but not worth to spend time on it, etc. If feng was a really good char to the point of being broken, it would have been like evo japan 2020 when everyone played leroys. And the pros who main feng never had good results with him. Simply put its just knee with his playstyle and integrating the char's abilities perfectly which makes feng look better than he is. There is no point in nerfing feng. Knee will just find another character to do the same thing and go again.
