Now I want to test this art. The results on all the channels are beautiful. Thank you knife makers.

That was awesome! I make kitchen knives and single edged blades but my next goal is to make a dagger with a pommel and guard then a sword and your video really helped make that seem less daunting so thank you!

@@jk.projects good luck with that dude! You'll do a great job though judging by this dagger build! Only thing putting me off of a sword build is a distal taper, but if I have to I'll just hand file it 😏 lol

Now this is really impressive! Quick question, what camera and lens(es) do you use? Quality is stunning! I wouldn't be impressed if this channel grew more than 100k this year! Best of luck to you fellow creator!

I love making daggers, I have made only a handful tho And most of them look very rough, I'm trying to learn to make something prettier but it's very difficult for me I especially struggle with the bevels I have made jigs to grind them on the belt sander but it takes too long That machine just doesn't have what it takes to grind bevels So I use an angle grinder instead And then I try to finish up the bevels on the belt sander But that takes too long too I have no Idea how long it should take But I'm not willing to risk burning my hands for 5 hours straight so that I can make 1 bevel

it really doesn't take long on the belt grinder. Make sure you use a jig, course grit and go slowly.

@@jk.projects hmm okay well I'll try, if I can get near bevels then that will make my daggers look 100× betyert
