My grown kids now want a pair of cool slippers of their own. Thank you for making this tutorial for rookies like me. I feel very accomplished. God bless you!

l really appreciate your pattern and instructions. I made slippers for myself but my husband put them on and loved them; now working on another pair for myself. ( tip: I added a few squiggles of hot glue on the soles for grip so they aren't as slippery on our wood floors.) Thank you!

I'm so excited to finally find a slipper pattern that uses straight needles :) Your video is perfect since you not only give your written instructions but an actual video of showing it as you do it for enough rows each to easily understand. What a treat! Thanks so much! :)

Thank you so much for this pattern, best pattern I’ve been able to find as of yet lol!!! Well for what I prefer in a bulky slipper anyways lol. It’s brilliant!! I’m thinking it may be easier to knit up with circular needles?? Or maybe not, but I’m going to definitely give it a try, God bless and stay safe!!🌞

@dianetetreault2481
7 жыл бұрын
Hi snoopel. I have found that you don"t need instructions for a bigger/smaller size-all you need is bigger or smaller needles using the same brand of yarn. So far I have made 3 pairs with 3 different size needles and they fit three different people. For my son who has way bigger feet than his wife and myself I made a "sample"of the foot part with bigger needles, sewed up the foot and had him try it on and after that I took apart my sample apart and made the real slippers and voila I have made three pairs and everybody is happy. I hope that this helps.

Pattern is not complete!! For the last row of the Sole section you should have (26 sts. to cast off) Row 8, you should have 51 stitiches, Knit entire row. Row 9, K1, K2TOG, across entire row. Row 10, Knit across Row 11, Cast off!

That's amazing. So, there is a seam all along the bottom of the foot? or am I turned around? I was waiting to see how that turned out but, maybe you show it in a blog or somewhere. Very easy to understand. No problem with your lovely accent. I have problem feet and it looks like these will work. I like that they are more or less, form fitting. No wrinkles or loose parts. Very nice.

I have been looking for a pattern like this and I really like the look of them. However, when I went to print the pattern in English rom your blog I am unable print it as it is too light to show up and too small to see. This is possibly because the pattern is handwritten in pencil. How can I print a darker pattern in English that I can see and use?
