Bless Ibn Arabi and thank you for this reading. I was raised by Islam since I was a small child. But I never could see nor follow this truth because either I was not ready or I had not encountered a human teacher to rouse my attention and wake me up from my slumber. So when I got older and thanks to the Internet of things, I turned to new age teachers such as Lords; Ramana, Nissargatta, Mooji, Echert Tolle, Rupert Spira and many more. The Light of God was beginning to shine through but the ego insisted for attention and relevance. Many years passed. Then I explored Lord Buddha and found that He also spoke the same truth. Subsequently, I returned to Lord Jesus and was surprised that he, and all the Jewish and Christian prophets - all pointed to the same truth. Then I went back to Islam to take a second look. There was God speaking through the instrument of the prophet. All I had to do was persistently practice being empty of a personal existence, to be still , to surrender myself as this ego. To let the perceptions explain themselves and not a "me" judging it, naming it. And in the moments when the fog of illusion would clear out from this consciousness, there was a peaceful and satisfying witnessing that only God is this Present Moment - all of it. God cannot be described because, he\she\it, is One without a second, so I cannot describe Myself. Everywhere I point, I am there. Everyone I refer to, I am he or she. "I sleep in the rocks, dream in the plants, stir in the animals and awakens in man" (Ibn Arabi). Bless all the messengers of truth from the past, those in the now and those in the future.

Let's break this down. God, in his absolute form, is one, or unity. But you, as an individual, are that same God because you are an individuation of him. The primordial nature of being is awareness, and we all share that same awareness in unity consciousness. God lives in, as, and through all conscious or sentient beings throughout the galaxy. God is also every aspect of the material reality because we live in a mathematical reality where all is mind. I love all ancient texts that point to this truth. It's just that we can understand this much easier now that we are globally connected, and we can follow the thread of any ancient religious teachings that point to awakening or Self-awareness as the true essence of who and what we are.
@gratefulkm

1 The mathematical reality where all is mind, is a delusion based system , You see the WORD of god means sound, and our ability to over associate with the noise we can make , imagine Eons ago human language was not as complicated, as they lived in a non sound focused reality , they lived in the Electro magnetic reality as the dominant thing to consider in all things They had no urge to "bray like a Donkey" or as the Celts would say an "ASS" You see there is the other one, the other Slaver trick The focus on "books" reading and writing , which is teaching you to exist solely in that LEFT PFC , You see "Mary had a little lamb its fleece was white as snow and everywhere that Mary went her Lamb was sure to go" is actually message from the Druids, Oral tradition But some will say "all we know about the druids was WRITTEN IN BOOKS by the Romans who also happened to wipe them out So the books say " sacrifices, virgins, debauchery and violence, savages" "well that's like the pot calling the kettle black" as the Druids Echo eternally Mum to daughter

Today, when I said loudly that I regret that I didnt know that he was here, while I saw my hand holding my heart, he spoke to me the first time. Its nothing new for me, as I am used to speak with our brothers and sisters, but I had a hard time, because I said that the only one I bow to is The One, and I red few days before this here, that he did the same. He is my brother. We are binded by our hearts. And YES, I am a woman. Because only your mother can tell you what to do. Only a slavic mother gave way to the heart. Now I see why. That which is nothing in particular (actual), is by definition everything in general (potential). God = Creative Intelligence, the All in One in All. We are all It, to an unknowable/inexhaustible extent, as the facets of a Diamond are 'both' distinct from each other 'and' the Diamond itself. Love is the recognition of our shared Being. What appears as separate is in Reality, Continuum of Being. When the journey to the Absolute ends, the journey in, with, by, for and as the Absolute begins. Being aware of being aware is our innermost nature. Life is the passing away of passing away. Life goes on, forever. I am That I am = I am That which is. I = which Am = is

I often wonder if people realize he was saying there is no mythical guy in the sky, but that we are all god. God meaning a concept….Sufism is embracing the Oneness that is all life. I am my brother, I am that rock, I am that sky. I am he, and he is me. ALL life is sentient. For instance, our genes hold all the Wisdom of the Uni-Verse. Uni-Verse means “One Song”. "You don't know god if you believe you can pass away" "everything passes away except his face" "Acknowledging that others subsist from him is polytheism" I found myself scratching my head at many supposed contradictions of both the text itself and of the verses within the quran. I am surprised no one in the comments has brought them up. I usually appreciate sufi texts in their devotion to transcendentalism in monotheistic worship but when the "self" is introduced and elaborated upon it seems to fall apart logically. And it cannot be argued that "it's both" because that would introduce polytheism. The quran states that of knowledge, we have only been given a little, yet it appears as if this sufi text attempts to deny that fact by asserting that it is even possible to fully know the self and then through that knowledge, fully know God. This was an interesting thought experiment, but it ultimately does not hold itself up when put under scrutiny nor when compared to the original text of Allah's authorship, the quran.

not really because the self and other are still one i think that "others subsist from him is polytheism" means that like there is no True Other to God, because god is everything/everyone as humans, we do indeed not have the full knowledge of reality, but that is merely an illusion, but also right now a truth in our current 'normal' experience when you realize yourself as god, and reach a state where you experience being god, the illusion reveals itself as such and you get to experience everything (i think this is known as Haqq-ul-yaqeen in sufism)
@noosy530
Ай бұрын
@@Aspiracy it doesnt matter if reality is an illusion, we do not have full knowledge of anything, be it reality or the truth (God). Not even the prophets on them be peace have uttered likeness of themselves to their creator, some things are plain and simple and it appears as though sufism flirts with the risk of likening wayward mysticism to spiritual wisdom. There is a necessary humility in constantly asking for God to guide us and never acting as if we can guide others. These texts are actually mere opinions of people whereas we have the literal word of God to spend life studying (the glorious quran). My own reflections tell me to veer away from this kind of writing because i believe it requires arrogance and hubris to maintain, and these are clear vices that God tells us to banish from the heart. Ultimately, I can only put my faith in God alone.

it likely comes from a translation of the arabic word ‘huwa’ (هو) which can mean literally “he” but is also used for instances where gender is unknown, ‘hiya’ (هي) or “she” is only ever used in the feminine form, while huwa can technically describe something either or neither male/female and Allah does not have a gender, so هو is used

Replace God with Nature, as per Spinoza, as labeling as Him creates a dualism that God, or Nature, is also not a Her, does not possess the feminine aspect of existence. The One or Ground of All Being, also worthy names for God, however That which cannot be named is most apt, as Being is always conditional and is unable to account for itself, without something prior.

I think the distinction of self is important. In fact necessary to know. When you know yourself you know God. But still hold the individual self, choice. The choice is the separation and union. When we know our self and God we become two in one. When we realize outer self (not self/other beings) we become 3 in one. When we know all selves we know God. Thus all is known that needs to be known. When we know the world… etc. Immortality is the realization of a continuous self streaming from the Great Mother, Awareness of self, that interacts with the choice , The Being. Both being together God and Self, which in totality is Gods reflection. Which is God awareness of self, that brings the choice.
