On this episode of Breaking Trail, Coyote and the crew get to meet Banjo the Koala!
Living at the amazing Billabong Sanctuary near Townsville Australia Banjo is one of many Koalas that call this location home. While it is true that Koalas are undisputedly cute the crew were in for many surprises when meeting this particular arboreal marsupial. For one, male Koalas excrete a musk that smells like cheese, or “cheese its” as Mark “eloquently” claims. In addition to this pungent odor, did you also know that Koalas actually possess the ability to roar?
Get ready to hear the call of Koala and watch one give the team super stinky hugs!
