Just got me a slew of Kobalt 24 volt tools and hadn't decided whether to get this one , but now I'm sold . It would seem to outperform my old and trusted Black and Decker angle grinder which can definitely bog down a little , and which is noisier than hell and leaves my hands numb from the vibrations. Love the cordless freedom of battery tools

If a man ain't sweating, he ain't working. I have the same grinder, it is definitely a quality unit, I would love to replace my welding bench grinders with these but I will need 4 more units $$$$ I also have the 24v weed wacker and larger leaf blower both great tools. I would like to see Lowe's bring out a 3/8 ratchet, a nail gun, brad nailer and stapler would also be nice. I'll have my first shop update/rehab video out this weekend and over the coming weeks, I hope you like them. Take careWalt

Quick question, linseed oil or poly on the new oak top on the bench, what's your opinion?

Linseed oil is what I used on this table, and what I prefer.

Thanks for the fast reply, I'm leaning towards linseed, I think it will keep the wood healthy longer and easy to recoat, I can hardly wait to finish the bench and show it off 😁

Cool, cool. The reason I like linseed for a work table is that vs. poly is friction... you want to be able to clamp things to the table and you don't won't them slipping around. Linseed soaks in, preserves, but doesn't given the finish a glassy or glossy high sheen... which also creates a more slippery surface to work on. Just one man's opinion, or your mileage may very.
