Hi friends, today we make a classic Persian dish called KOKO SEEB ZAMINI (کوکو سیب زمینی) which translate to "Persian Potato Pattys". These can be served as an appetizer, street food, or a full meal any time of day. You can also serve it by itself, in a sandwich, with a salad or even with rice. It takes very little time to make and with just a few ingredients, you have a satisfying meal.
Ingredients List:
1 1/4 Kilogram Potatoes (Slightly less than 3 pounds)
3 eggs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Black Pepper
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
2/3 Tablespoon Liquid Saffron
If your patties are breaking up when you are frying them, you can add either breadcrumbs or flour to the mixture. I do not myself, but you may find it easier to manage.
2 to 3 tablespoon breadcrumbs
1 to 2 tablespoon flour
