Necessary ingredients;
190 grams of aquafaba
190 grams of flour
50 grams of powdered sugar
30 grams of crystal sugar
10 grams of vanilla sugar
50 ml of sunflower oil
1 full teaspoon of baking powder (5g)
50 grams of dried grapes
Beat Akfafaba for 2-3 minutes, then gradually add powdered sugar, then crystal and vanilla sugar. Continue beating for another 5-6 minutes, then add flour with baking powder and oil. Add flour and oil alternately as in the video and knead gently so that the dough remains airy. Add raisins, if desired, and nuts and pour into the mold. Bake at 180⁰C for approximately 20 minutes. Although the baking time depends on your oven and the size of the mold in which you bake. After 10-12 minutes, check with a toothpick. If nothing remains on it, it's done. .
This is a delicious delicacy ideal for those who have an allergy to eggs or want something lean.
