In this video, i have shared the recipe of koozh dosai or kali kinji dosai.
Ingredients:
1. Raw rice -1 tumbler
2. Oil - one small cup
3. Salt to taste.
Method:
1. Soak raw rice for 3 hours. Wash the rice throughly and grind it to a nice paste with the
help of mixie jar.
2. Take one medium ladle of grinded batter in another bowl. Pour some water into the
batter so that it becomes very thin and watery.
3. Now keep a pan on stove. Once the pan gets heated pour this watery batter and stir
well. Keep flame normal.
4. When batter starts to get glassy texture and semi solid stage remove from pan add to it
main batter and stir well without lumps.
5. Add the required salt. (Note: the batter may require very little salt)
6. Keep dosa tawa on stove and pour the batter like rava dosai. Let both sides be cooked
well.
Now dosai is ready to eat with coconut chutney or thogayal.
