Hi everyone!! I want to note that this vid was filmed in February prior to the escalation of the coronavirus. I have been home for many weeks now and am self-quarantining/social distancing. I hope everyone is staying safe and remember to drink water 💛! A DAY IN THE LIFE: Korea University Study Abroad (3 years ago): kzitem.info/news/bejne/rH2IyKZ4nYiQmH4

I want to study business in KU as well, but I have some questions Do I have to be able to speak Korean? Can I do my bachelor in management and tourism there? How much does it cost? How can I apply? I hope you can answer them it'll be really helpful 😭🙌

Hi Lisa! These answers will be specific to studying abroad, not full time at KU! 1. No Korean needed 2. The business school is amazing so management is def possible but I’m not sure if there’s tourism 3. For study abroad, it depends on your type of program and home university. I went through a exchange program with my home university so I paid the normal tuition from my uni in New York! 4. The best thing would be to attend study abroad fairs at your university and speak to any advisors there :)

Hi! I'm planning to study abroad in Korea next year (if it's possible) and my home university is only partnered with the Korea University Business School to study abroad in Korea for my major! I am a bit confused, so is KUBS on the same campus as Korea University like you go through the same entrance? Also, do you know if KUBS has its own dorms for international students or is Korea University dorms for both KUBS international students as well? Thanks! Sorry if it's confusing haha
@joannadesu

Yes KUBS is in the same campus as KU! From my knowledge, it’s tougher for KUBS students to get into dorm living, which is why I lived off campus in a goshiwon :)

joannadesu Thank you!! So KUBS students are still allowed to apply for KU dorms but there will just be a less of a chance getting in?

Chelsea I believe so but you might want to reach out to an advisor just to be 100% sure! It’s been a while since I was a student there so the information they give you might be more relevant :)
